Sealed plastic sheeting and tubing over a wall cavity are connected to a dehumidifier, which passes moist air over materials like silica gel or refrigerant coils to isolate moisture for disposal in a treated sewer, like the wall sink drain. Two ceiling tiles are missing and are cost-effective to replace. The wall cavity can be repaired after drying.
