Barnstable Finished Basement Loses Carpet to Water Damage

In this Barnstable basement, a well-pipe led to significant water damage that ruined the glue-down carpet on the slab flooring. Fortunately, the appliances in the connected laundry room, and the furniture present in the room received no effects. The techs moved out items in the basement as they removed the carpet and did several passes with their portable pumps to pull as much moisture as possible out of the concrete. Afterward, they set up multiple air movers throughout the basement to dry the area rapidly.
