Sagamore Beach Water Damage Cleanup
SERVPRO techs take great care during water damage to ensure that undamaged items stay that way. During water damage cleanup in this Sagamore Beach home, the techs put plastic barriers over the hardwood flooring while they addressed the water loss to the area in the ceiling and upper wall area where a pipe in the ceiling ran down the wall and wicked into the sheetrock. The wall cavity required opening for complete drying as seen in the After Photo with the sheetrock cleanly cut away in the ceiling and partially over the fireplace. To limit disruption to the home, the techs performed the mitigation leaving the living furnishings in place.
